Mission
Statement:
Oakbank of Calderwood Football Club coaches’ mission
is to nurture, coach and develop our talented players as
best we can giving them all an equal opportunity to progress
in the beautiful game. We are an extremely close, friendly
and passionate coaching team who are 100% committed to our
roles at this football club. We are extremely proud
of how far our current team has progressed in such a short
space of time given we were only founded in the summer of
2005.
This success is down to the exceptional commitment
of both the players and coaches’ who have combined
to put in a real TEAM effort both on and off the park! Several
of our players are showing lots of promise and are now knocking
on the doors of professional SPL PRO YOUTH teams here in
Scotland. This proves that coaching young children grass
roots football can be very rewarding even though it’s
a big commitment to fulfill. We fully support the kid’s…the
future of Scottish Football! The future’s bright
